Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. Our products include VAT. The taxes are shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Payment with bank buttons
The Paytrail payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks, ie you can pay with the payment buttons of Nordea, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-bank, Ålandsbanken and LähiTapiola Bank. Paytrail Oyj is shown on the account statement as the payee.
Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. Pursuant to the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the service is entered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7).
Our packaging and delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. The price of the postal package is 6.90 and the price of the Posti Smartpost automatic package is 6.50, regardless of size.
We will send the ordered products by post as soon as possible, usually within one day of receiving the order. If any of the goods in your order have run out of our stock, we will contact you.
In the online store, the delivery options are Postal Parcel to the desired pick-up location and Smartpost ATM package to the desired parcel machine. In all cases, the pick-up point is selected when ordering.
Product return policy
All products have a full 14 day return policy. Returns must be reported by e-mail to email@example.com, in which case instructions on how to return the product will be given. Delivery and return costs are deducted from the rebate price. The returned product must be unused and unchanged.
Defective or incorrect product
If the delivered product is damaged or we have delivered the wrong product, you can make an error message about the product by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. An error in the shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product. At the same time, please let us know if you are returning the product and want a refund, or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the defective one. For a refund, please provide an account number.
Order not picked up
If the customer does not pick up the products he ordered from the post office, he will be charged a delivery and handling fee of € 20.00 to Xenonit after the return of the shipment. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of return, delivery and handling. The customer is thus reimbursed for the value of the order less the delivery and handling fee (€ 20.00).
The products have a 12-month warranty that does not cover modified products, installation defects, or misuse of the product. The warranty covers the product being traded, but does not cover installation costs, indirect costs or damage to other property.
Liability for damage caused by the goods
The buyer is responsible for the suitability of the product for the vehicle to be installed. Xenonit is not liable for damage to immovable or movable property caused by the product. The purchaser of the product is responsible for the installation and must ensure that the other components of the vehicle can withstand the installation of the traded product. Xenonit is not responsible for the illegal use or installation of the product.
