The small size of the ballasts in the kit (15 x 62 x 82 mm) makes them easier to place. The ballasts have CE and E markings. The operating voltage is 7.5 - 17V.
The package contains illustrated installation instructions. Installation is easy - the wiring harness is connected to the halogen bulb power cords and the xenon bulb is connected to the ballast. You may have to make a hole in the headlight for the wires, but no other changes are usually required.
